Newly renovated and well-appointed room and a luxurious bathroom.

The room was new-fashioned with balcony, and we thoroughly enjoyed having access to wake-up service. An electric kettle and a fridge were NICE.

Miserable room with filthy carpet, totally inadequate shower, broken lock on door. Poor decor generally. Receptionist on arrival seemed unsure of his job and took a very long time to sign me in.

They promised WiFi and it was only available in the dining room, with only one plug available. The desk clerk was seriously unfriendly and the hotel was run down and in very poor condition. We moved out as quickly as we could.

The place needs a good doing up!! The beds are 6 inches from the ground. for 65 Euro its not worth it!

Great choice for trip. Property was quaint, with very efficient staff and ideal location very close to the centre. Plenty of food for breakfast including croissants, slices of fresh bread, fresh fruit, meats and cheese.

Spent 2 nights in a cozy room that was super clean. Perfect location near the beach and lots of restaurants. The staff was really nice and helpful, especially Lio who gave us great tips. Just a little noise from the road, but overall, a nice spot to chill. The bar area was a nice hangout too!

Charming small hotel located in a very nice area next to Promenade, Old town and train station, the tourist activities in Nice, the seashore, and restaurants and old town and beach. In the heart of the city, very convenient...

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from the beach and the old town, which made exploring easy. The room was spacious with a nice view, but the shower's design left the bathroom floor quite wet. A pleasant experience with friendly staff and comfortable amenities.

In my wife's opinion, the limited breakfast seating could be improved for families, especially during busy mornings.

I had an very nice stay here! The breakfast spread was good, especially loved the fresh pastries and great coffee. The family room was spacious and beautifully decorated.

The hotel's location was very convenient for visiting nearby attractions, and the breakfast offered plenty of choices. I did experience some issues with unreliable WiFi and minor noise disturbances from the street, which could be improved.

The location was perfect for walking to the beach and the shopping areas. One day, I was actually surprised when the staff had fixed the TV issue I mentioned without me asking again. I appreciated the friendly service.

The internet connection was slow, and I noticed some cleaning inconsistencies in my room during my four-night stay.
